Hello! For everyone that ordered a 1st day school kits….We delivered your child’s kit to their homeroom class yesterday. The kits look great and several of the teachers commented on how easy it was! Extra items like backpacks, shirts and water bottles should have been sent directly to your home weeks ago. We’ll do this again next year. I personally thought it was a very easy process and it was amazing that I could avoid the school supply aisles this year! Please let us know if there are any improvements that could be made for next year.
A question I got several times was whether headphones were included in the kit (this year, headphones were the only option. I have already asked if we can have an earbud/headphone choice option next year). When you ordered online, this was the only item that was optional in the kit. You had to answer with a “yes” or “no” to headphones before you could complete your order. If you don’t remember, it might be a good idea to send some with your child as they are a required item. Your child will know when they open their box too, of course!
If you cannot remember if you ordered a kit….it was a long time ago…check your email/. They sent a confirmation after your purchase. Or you can message PTO and we can check the main list. Several people stopped by our table at back to school night to double check. Mom brain is real! 🙂
